What if I forgot my password?
If you have forgotten your password, re-register for portal access. Doing so will allow you to quickly reset your password. Please click here to re-register. Because registration requires confidential personal information, the Disney IT Support Center cannot reset portal passwords. You must be logged on to the Disney Network to re-register.

What if I get an error message when I try to register?

When I click on "First Time User" and try to register, I can't see the page. How do I register?
You must be on the Disney network to register for Portal access. If you are in the US and do not have access to the Disney network, your hiring manager will need to register for you. Please contact the Disney IT Support Center (1-866-5Disney) if you do not know your hiring manager's name. Because registration requires confidential personal information, the Disney IT Support Center cannot register for you.

What is the Quick Access Panel?
The Quick Access Panel allows you to keep a navigation bar of relevant, customizable links and applications for your line of business. Located on the right side of The Hub, the Quick Access Panel is where you will find links to customize your view of The Hub and the standard links within the Quick Access Panel.

A co-worker has different information displayed on the homepage. Why?
The Hub is a dynamic, customizable environment. The site is capable of targeting information to all employees, groups or even individuals, depending on roles. This is normal.

Can two people have an account on one computer?
Two people may share a computer to access My Disney TEAM. Simply log off when you are done and a new user may log on to use the site.

Who runs The Hub?
The site is Company-sponsored and accessible to all employees and contractors. Corporate Communications maintains the content on the site with contributions throughout the Company.

What is The Hub?
The Hub is the information center for The Walt Disney Company. Within The Hub you will find the views for Walt Disney World, ESPN, Disney Consumer Products and the Disneyland Resort. We will continue to add views as well as modules for business units and departments throughout the Company.
